Abbigail, alongside her husband Dylan, has faithfully served as the youth pastor at The River for the past four years. In addition to her work with the youth, she plays a pivotal role in organizing and co-leading The River’s Women’s Ministry. Known for her contagious smile and warm, nurturing spirit, Abbigail has a remarkable ability to touch the lives of everyone she encounters.

Abbigail is the visionary behind UNITY Women's Conference, bringing her passion for uplifting others, fun, and deep love for Jesus to the forefront. Her leadership and enthusiasm promise to make this conference an inspiring and memorable event for all attendees.

Outside of her ministry work, Abbigail cherishes her time with her husband and children—Hazel, Arthur, and Charlie!

Pastor Roxanne has been in the ministry for over 30 years. In 1991, she was called into the ministry as a Teacher and a Prophet. She began operating in this call in San Marcos, TX, teaching the body of Christ that “God is Good” and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. She continues to operate in these offices traveling nationwide to share the message God has placed on the inside of her.

In 2002, Pastor Roxanne planted Victory Church bringing the Word of Faith message to the Texas Hill Country. Pastor Roxanne is the Senior Pastor of Victory Church of Highland Lakes in Marble Falls, TX. Her vision for the church is to see the Body of Christ be brought from the milk to meat and to see the glory of God manifest. Pastor Roxanne is also passionate about raising strong leaders to fulfill the vision and heavenly assignment that God has placed on her ministry.

Pastor Roxanne continues to preach the message of “God is Good” and there is always a strong flow of the gifts of the Spirit as she ministers.

Cat Vizcaino is a speaker, podcaster and minister who values the power of story, specifically, the story God has place in each one of us. Born and raised in Texas, Cat married her husband of 23 years while in college at Angelo State University where she earned a bachelor's degree in communications. As an ordained minister, Cat has served women, children and families in the last 20 years in her local church.

Together with her husband, Matt, they serve as small group pastors at One Hope Church. Cat also co-leads Awake Sisterhood and The Awake Podcast with Jennifer Miller and sits on the board of Hope City Dream Center. As a professional recruiter, Cat has become attuned and skilled in listening to the stories that make up the lives of God precious people and has honed this skill in ministry to speak into the lives of women.
